For iOS testing you will need the TestFlight app, which can be downloaded here:

After receiving the email invitation, tap the “Accept” button to install the test version of the app on your device.
On Android, the test version is available through the Google Play Store. Testing is done in a closed testing track, which you can join via email invitation.
After accepting the invitation, the test build will appear in the Play Store and can be installed on your device.
